A specially designed forced hot air circulation structure system ensures even heating of PCBs and components, completely eliminating the "shadow effect"
◠We use Swiss CARLO high-current solid-state relays with contactless output for safety and reliability. The temperature controller's unique fuzzy control function continuously monitors external temperature changes and controls the heating device with low pulses, maintaining temperature accuracy within ±1°C. The internal temperature distribution error is within ±2°C, meeting IPC standards.
â— Temperature control utilizes a precision controller imported from Japan (NKW) with fuzzy control and PID intelligent calculation. The PID control adjusts heat generation automatically, while fuzzy control adds overshoot and suppression functions. This ensures a balanced temperature response to external heat changes.
