Usage
The machine is used for drawing EC copper rod from Φ8.0mm to Φ1.2-Φ4.0mm wire, which can be annealed is wound by the automatic double spooler or pack coiler
Main Performance Characteristics
1. Each drawing capstan and final capstan are driven separately, and all the drawing dies can be changed conveniently and easily.
2. The surface of drawing capstan is coated with tungsten carbide , which is strong in hardness and wear proof, having long life span.
3. The drawing capstan rank in a horizontal row, and the cantilevers of all drawing die holders are very short and in equal length.
4. Specific elongation of conductor after annealled is uniform with good reliability.
5. Continuous automatic double spooler , automatic spool change, the automatic spool-change can be done at 100% efficiency.
